Tickets purchased are for a group bookings only. Our elves take a single group at a time into meet Santa. It is not our policy to combine groups, please ensure all the members of your group are included on your ticket.
Minimum group size is two persons. Each group must contain at least one Child paying full price and one Accompanying Adult.
We can only take online bookings from residents with a UK postcode and a house number.
Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date and time to visit Santa selected at when booking (your tickets will not be valid on any other day).
Tickets available for purchase on site on the day of visit are subject to availability. Smart Trees accept no responsibility for inconvenience or costs resulting from unavailability of tickets.
Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over.
Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided, once payment has been confirmed.
We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions that do not cause closure of the site and Visits to Santa.
The management of Smart Trees reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
Smart Trees provides an outdoor attraction. We recommend the wearing of appropriate clothing and footwear for the season and weather. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by weather or muddy and similar conditions or interaction with any of our facilities.
Ticket allows access to all other on-site activities from 10am to 4pm on the day of visit.
All visitors must leave the site within 30 minutes of the last visit to Santa.

Visitors are advised that for technical, operational and other reasons beyond our control, any activity, attraction or facility may be closed or otherwise unavailable at any time.
If the site or Visit to Santa is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons we will endeavour to transfer your booking to an alternative time and date subject to availability.
If transfer to an alternative booking date, following closure due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons, is not possible we will provide a full refund. Such refunds will only be to the credit card which was used to book tickets.
